  1. Kindly contact our Hennessy Concierge at 018-365 8250 for inquiries, Monday to Friday 10am - 6pm. Please expect slight delays in response outside of the stated operating hours.
  2. Please consider carefully before selecting an experience for redemption as requests to exchange or cancel a redeemed experience is not possible.
  3. *Limited quantity only. All items are available for the duration of the campaign. For items that are not limited, replenishment is every Thursday at 5PM.
  4. Once you have selected and redeemed an experience, a confirmation email will be sent to you to confirm your redemption request. Our Hennessy Concierge will be in touch with you within the next 5 working days once we have confirmed with our partners that your selected experience is available based on your selection date. Although every effort is taken to ensure the fulfilment of your selection, should your selected experience become unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances, the Hennessy Concierge will advise on the next available session that you'll be agreeable to. In the event where an agreement cannot be made on the alternative date, a request for the refund of points can be made.
  5. Should you have any special dietary requests (vegetarian, food allergies etc) kindly inform our Hennessy Concierge.
  6. All redemptions are open to 21 and above non-Muslim guests only.
  7. Redemptions are non-transferable.
  8. If the redeemed experience cannot take place due to COVID-19 restrictions, the scheduled experience will be postponed to a later date and time that is agreeable by both Moet Hennessy Malaysia and the guest.
  9. Moet Hennessy Diageo Malaysia Sdn Bhd reserves the rights to change or replace the meal to another experience of similar value, should the experience chosen unexpectedly become unavailable.
  10. Moet Hennessy Diageo Malaysia Sdn Bhd will not be held liable for any damage or loss of personal belongings/ property, injury, accidents or or death during the entire period of the redeemed experience.
  11. Moet Hennessy Diageo Malaysia Sdn Bhd reserves the right to change, amend, delete or add to these Terms and Conditions without prior notice at any time. Participants agree to be bound to any such changes. Moët Hennessy Diageo Malaysia Sdn Bhd’s decision shall be final and binding. No correspondence shall be entertained.
